Ruling Zebstrika Zap Zone vs Altaria Clear humming

Altaria (XY: Roaring Skies 77/108) has the Ability "Clear Humming" that states "Each of your [C] Pokémon has no Weakness."
Zebstrika (XY: BREAKpoint 49/122) has the Ability "Zap Zone" which states that "Damage from attacks of your [L] Pokémon isn't affected by effects on your opponent's Active Pokémon."

if i have an altaria benched and a rayquaza ex active will zebstrika do regular damage since the effect is from the benched altaria not the active rayquaza?

Clear Humming puts an effect on Colorless Pokémon. Zap Zone says to ignore effects on your opponent's Pokémon. You do extra damage.
