I was wondering if there was a way to prevent your opponent from retreating, with abilities or such. And also inflicting special condtions without your turn ending. It would be great if some of you veteran players out there could help me with this, and also some newer players.

Trainers mail can replace skyla, and it is supposed to be standard. There might be a standard skyla, but i cant find one. If there is one please tell me. But i see the point in only having two starmie and two staryu.

I would'nt replace the starmie and staryu, since if there are only two of each there is a higer chance of all of the starmie or staryu in the prize cards. But i would definently switch the 2 water energy with splash energy. Otherwise its a good list you have. Thanks for the feedback!
