Standard Golduck Deck

Hi there.
I've seen that golduck decks are pretty cheap, so im trying to build one myself.
This my deck list, it would be nice if some of you could possibly come with some tips.

Pokemon:
4x Golduck
4x Psyduck
2x Bruxish
2x Remoraid
2x Octillery
3x Starmie
3x Staryu

Items:
3x Trainers Mail
2x Proffesors Letter
2x Energy Retrival / Machop and Machoke
4x Bursting Ballon
4x Dive Ball
2x Teammates
2x Super Rod

Supporters:
4x Sycamore
3x N

Energy:
14x Water Energy

Strategy:
Use bruxish for energy acceleration, starmie to get energy out of discard, and since this deck is also heavely effected by N, 2 octillery as well. The energy retrivals are for emergenys only, and when guardians rising comes, i will switch it with a machop and machoke, to prevent damage on starmie and octillery, who will mainly will be on the bench.

P.S.
This deck is supposed to be cheap, so no Shaymins, and teamates and bursting ballon, are for the low HP of Golduck. No rough seas, since Golduck will be KOED quickly.

Ok so i played this for about a month and a half streight ans was using more expensive cards such as shaymin, but the core of the lists are similar so here are my suggestions:
-2 bruxish you just dont need it
-1staryu
-1 starmie
-6 water energy
-2 energy retrieval
-1 teammates
13 removed and i would add
+4 vs seeker
+1 golduck break it adds survivability to golduck
+2 float stone for octillery
+2 splash energy
+2 lysandre
+2 silent lab so you cant be permanently parallel citied

Also there was some good discussion in this thread along with the final list i was playing

I can't seem to find a description of "Bruxish." Please list a detailed description.

After some testing, you may find that 4 Prof. Sycamore and 3 N plus 2 Octillery might be a bit excessive.

Are VS Seekers also on your "no" list?

A Fisherman could also be quite helpful in recovering discarded W energy, especially if you are Item-locked.

An Eco Arm can also be used to recover discarded Bursting Balloons too.

1. That might be true, i think i will take som advice and then print som proxis and test the deck.

2. Oops. Forgot to insert seekers. Thx for reminding me.

3.Yes! I was looking for a way to get aroun item and ability lock! Thx.

4. Yes, but it will be going out very soon.

And heres a link to bruxish in the tcg http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Bruxish_(Sun_&_Moon_48)

I would'nt replace the starmie and staryu, since if there are only two of each there is a higer chance of all of the starmie or staryu in the prize cards.
But i would definently switch the 2 water energy with splash energy.
Otherwise its a good list you have.
Thanks for the feedback!

Since you have dive ball you don't need to run that many staryu/starmie. The probability that you have two of the same card prized in a given game is incredibly low. It would be one thing if you actually needed two or even benefited from two starmies on your bench, but you never want more than one in play. Like I have about 120 games played with Golduck online and that has only happened to me once ever.

But I agree with the general advice, you absolutely do not want Bruxish, that card is bad and Golduck doesn't need energy acceleration since it attacks with one attachment. If you're running VS seekers I like Skyla as a one of in this deck since you don't really need a ton of draw support to get the resources you need online, and she lets you chain that together better by finding dive balls, balloons, letters, eco arms and energy retrievals when you need them.

Trainers mail can replace skyla, and it is supposed to be standard. There might be a standard skyla, but i cant find one. If there is one please tell me. But i see the point in only having two starmie and two staryu.
