You should have way more than 800 LP that late in the game. I mean, you get about 100 LP from each of your In-game friends, and 40 from each of the side-quests. Then atleast 100 from each of your RL Brothers.

Go to the Big Wave, then talk to the Wizard that's on the counter. Then you put the Cipher Codes in.

Dark, they aren't Rogue exclusive. I think you get them from the Mr. Hertz Station or find them randomly. Reflect 50 is either in the Hertz Station, or King Wall CC Fast Aura 400 is behind the door in Echo Ridge where you need 1 Omega Piece. Or apparently they're Rogue Noise abilities...

Fires, Rogue Noise deletes your Brother Bands. And little does Dark know, that you don't get any "special abilities" by being Rogue. Just the abilities that come with the form (Sword +50, once per turn Mu Barrier, Destroy Lock-on.) Besides that, you can't find/get anything you can't get with...

Acid Ace BB is elusive...I did 21 battles and couldn't find him. Or do only single matches count, or do Best-of-3 matches count as 1?
