In this contest your tasks are to-
-Make a deck list
-Write information about it (eg.strategy)
-Write about 2 cards that you could put into the deck

Rules
-You MUST follow the rules
-Don't use a real or someone else's deck.
-Your deck MUST have 2 types of Pokémon (excluding {C})
-Your deck MUST have 25 Pokémon, 11 Trainers and 24 energy
-NO Special Energies or Lv.Xs
-Only use DP-on cards.
-NO Legendaries/Fossils/Starters unless specified.
-Do 1 round at a time.

I based it on a real theme deck rather than a deck that performs well, so it doesn't really have stratergy other than just get Charizard, Raichu and Zapdos out to kill the opponent. Pull out Charizard when you are losing.

Use Omastar to Devolve the opponent's Pokémon, then send out Kabutops and stop them from using Trainers whilst decimating their Pokémon. Again, based on a real theme deck.

Woah... Those are terrible ratios. If you're gonna be strick about Pokemon/Trainers/Energies, at least do a decent ratio, like 20-24-16(Although these days, it's more like 22-24-14)

There's only one decent special energy in the format, and that's Call Energy. Why ban it?
-NO Legendaries unless specified.
Why not? It's not like the Legendaries in the card game are all that great. WHy ban them?

It's because they are supposed to be like pre-constructed theme decks.
