Some i are just standard to the Pokemon handheld video games.

Do i have to raise my pokemon from low levels to get the best stats? I evolved Jigglypuff at level 3 but i have all the tms i want for wigglytuff. Will this hurt his stats? Should i catch another Jigglypuff? This for all pokemon i've caught that i evolved too soon, knowing i wouldn't learn certain moves, but having all the tms i want.

Is it worth to catch high level pokemon from the unknown dungeon, or will their stats lack from not being raised?

Where is Tauros in the sarfari, what area?

Nope, you're all set. In fact, evolutions' stats grow more than the base form, so evolve away.

In this game, worth it. Their stats are decent and there's not a whole lot to use them for. So why not?

Tauros is only 1% chance encounter not2-3%
