Does this forum have Rom Hacking or would consider putting it as a section? Basically hacking the roms of the file.

I doubt that it would have its own section at these forums, but you can find and post ROM hacks in the Fake Creations section.
 
ROM and Emulator talk on here is severly discouraged (unless I'm not getting the topic).

Hopefully everyone knows emulator and rom downloads are not allowed, but it seems this site is pretty slow on this topic. And I know for sure Rom hacking does not go in the fake category, its real although you dont know much or nearly anything about it seeming you dont understand what a rom is.I would be a forum not a category. Dont you guys ever visit pokecommunity?
 
We're slow on the topic mainly because they ARE illegal, and it's hard to discourage them if we actually talk about them.

Its not illegal, it depends what you do, thats why you dont post links to the roms nor emulator.

We already have a ROM on the forums, and it went into the Fake Creations. Pokemon Rose

Chances of their ever being a category or even a forum for ROM's are very very remote. Plus when you say if we ever visit PC, what other forums do does not mean we need to do it also. We can still have ROM's, but we don't support them as much as PC which is perfectly fine.
 
If you are so intent on ROM hacking, why don't you go and have fun at the Pokecomunity?
 
IE: That's bad logic, not to mention rude. Who's to say he isn't already a member of Pokecommunity?

The reason no ROM hacking forums exist is the same reason no role-playing forums exist - lack of interest.

There may be a few people interested in ROM hacking, but not enough to warrant the addition of another sub-forum. If you want to gauge interest, feel free to make a discussion thread and see how it goes. Just saying, though, don't get your hopes up. There's a reason that forum doesn't exist, lol.
 
I am a member of PC and yes that was rude but not everyone is polite and I dont expect you to be kind I been to some forums that have disrespectful members. (not that you are, I mean manners). Anyways seems like roms are allowed here and why not make it a forum, people are not gonna know what it is if its under fake projects or something. If its labeled Rom Hacking then it will drag attention also I can help by putting mine. Also who said anything about downloading the newest versions of pokemon besides paying for it, thats just sad. Not all of you get what I mean, I think the person who put the link to the hack is the only one familiar.

Also I dont like Pokecommunity so why tell me to go back im a supporter there and their staff are sorta hard headed and if you know them you will know where im coming from. Im not being rude to anyone here.
 
I didn't mean to be rude, so I apologise for that. I was just saying that there is a wider comunity for Hacks and ROMs, so I was just suggesting that that might be a better place to talk about it.

There is no need to call this site rude because nobody has replied.

There is just not enough interest in this topic here to warrant the need of it.
