well, think of it like this:
the universe had TONS of planets and junk we have no idea of. There's bound to be some kind of life somewhere, but we'll probably never see any

I come from an uneducated point, so I'll look forward to spoon disintegrating my post 
Anyways, using my limited knowledge, saying Extraterrestrial life is false would be illogical. Of the trillions and trillion and trillions of Miles3 of space, there is bound to be life somewhere. Of course "Aliens" as little green people with large eyes are unlikely. (Then again there is Zele...) I think a creature that looks like the one in the movie "Blob" (I think that's what it was called). Kind of a simple, blob of flesh with a few mobility and senses. Since the chance of a planet having the components to support life is small, I don't think ever finding one will happen.

For anyone to even believe that the planet earth is the only planet with intelligent life on it is very ignorant. No one knows how large the universe is, or if it even is a "Uni"Verse, for all we know, there could be "Multi"verses out there. Whether or not extraterrestrial life has visited our planet is a better debate. I for one, believe they have been here before and they still visit. And for the fear of them being dangerous, I'm pretty sure if they were, we'd know by now.
Well if you consider bacteria in this discussion there bound to find some somewhere.
The only way possible that aliens have visited earth was if they had a few milleniums head start to us, not to mention travel times...
But yeah, in all theoretically situations it is possible to get life elsewhere. There might be genetically identical humans in another galaxy somewhere. We just haven't found them.

I think there could be life out there somewhere. Nobody knows how far the universe goes, so there might be other planets that have life.
Logically speaking, there is a certain number of combination of factors that a planet has. There is also a certain number of planets that will exist in the span of the existence of the universe. The chances of one of those planets having similar enough conditions to have a life sustaining environment for life - obviously, in my opinion - is high enough for us to consider the possibility. The chances of us communicating? That's a different story.
Why would you think extraterrestrial life ever visited us? Where is the evidence for believing in that? Don't believe everything they say on tv. Be skeptic, even if it is a ''science'' channel like discovery.PheonyxXx said:

As for myself; Yes, I think it is highly possible life is out there, and not in few amounts but almost anywhere on any planet if it is possible for life to survive. Since it was possible for life to survive on Mars (and maybe even on moons of the gas giants, there's a possibility) then I think other Solar Systems have a high chance to hold at least one planet with life. Of course if the conditions are suitable.
There is much proof and many stories of aliens visiting us actually. They haven't done any serious harm anywhere as far as we know, but one thing is certain to me: there is life out there, there are lifeforms from somewhere that have developed advanced travel technology,a nd they are studying us. People get abducted, or aliens even come in their room, and people are being studied. Cows are also always found mutilated with clean cuts that seeem to be impossible to recreate with either any animal's claws or teeth or any human tools. There is even more stuff too. I know I sound like a stupid kid who believes anything he sees on TV, but no. I look at things logically. There's a lot more proof of aliens visiting us then there is of any religious beliefs so don't call me stupid.
There is probably a chance that there is life outside this Solar system. However, Im pretty sure they haven't come to Earth. Either they aren't advanced enough to, or they are very advanced and see no use in visiting our planet.
I really do think there is life outside of our Earth. I like to research about these things. There are millions of planets, and the possibilities are high that life does exist. We can't be the only ones, they're probably different from us. The only problem is that scientists haven't really found life because they could be living millions of light years away on a planet that the scientists cannot spot. It is pretty hard to spot life in different galaxies. Also many people have spotted UFOs in the Earth, some might be fake of course but I believe that something might be in it. They are probably seeing how we live. The military is hiding something from us in Area 51.
Does it matter? Even a little? I think we have enough problems on our own planet.
I think there is life out in the universe. I think that life is also intelligent life. I think that the life is on the same level as us though, so we will probably not establish contact with any other form of intelligent life for a WHILE.
What is the proof of aliens visiting us? There is simply no proof. Personal experiences don't count as valuable proof. People get a nightmare and the next day they wake up and claiming aliens have used him/her for tests. Or people claiming they have contact with aliens, what have these people smoked these days? xDMeaty said:

Not only that, everything is facilitated so the average citizen is able to understand it. Seriously, search for your own evidence instead of relying on tv.
Ohh man... Why's everyone suspicious about the military? They might've hidden some things to us, but trust me, they aren't talking with aliens or whatever you're thinking. It's logical the military is hiding alot of stuff, like with the Roswell incident. The military just testing out some of their new inventions, and of course they want to keep it secret so other countries can't copy theirs.Ice Arceus said:
