Just to let you know....
Shining's are basic pokemon.
So they don't evolve.

As you can clearly see.....it dosen't evo from Eevee *.
 
Spoilers and people that can make cards too.

And LV: the shiny pokemon aren't going to be special. Consider them like Light or Dark pokemon from the neo series.
