GOOD LORD THE STUFF ON THIS POST IS OLD. This doesn't really reflect on my art anymore. I'll try to post new things on new posts...mostly my works from Colors! 3D. If you guys reeaally want, I'll try to post some hand drawn things, though...
Anything computer done will most likely never be posted again, parents decided I shouldn't be on Pokebeach, but I got wifi on teh iPod and 3DS >:].

Reshiram 1 The backround is weird because I used neon colors, and my scanner isn't all to great. I will have full pictures of Reshiram and my scanner decides it wants to work. It has it's days. -.-'

Thanks, it's the first thing hand-drawn I've put up.

Lol, Espeon is about to get devoured, but that has to be my favorite picture.

Page stretching is rather irritating. The images are really large, enough so that I actually have to scroll to the right to view the whole thing (and my screen's resolution is larger than most people's 1024x768).

You'll probably want to use the url tag to compress the images into links, instead of the img tab. For example, the second image could be compressed as:

Due to a browser's auto-resize, it'll open in a new tab and I'll be able to see the whole image at once without scrolling. (It also helps with the future submissions to this thread as well.)
When you do that I'll be able to look at the images better and make a more thorough value judgment.

Your art would really benefit from a reduction in blood. Reason being that it doesn't look very realistic (blood doesn't take shapes like that), so I would either cut the blood or work on the physics of it. But your concepts and composition are pretty solid, so keep going!

If you have a program that can edit photographs or other images, that shouldn't be a problem. Most computers can run Microsoft Office Picture Manager (if you have Office installed) and that can easily rotate images in 90-degree increments. (It can also rotate in other numbers besides 90, but for your purposes, you won't need to do that.)

Now for the pictures themselves.

First off, it's spelt "Raikou", not "Riaku". I'm guessing you knew that, but you made a typo. Moving on, I think out of the newer ones you made, this is probably one of the better ones. I can still tell that it was colored in by crayon, as I can see by the various markings. If possible you'll want to try and fill those white spots in when you go over your drawing again (like take a colored pencil and draw the same yellow again). I'm guessing you based it off of a Raikou art from the TCG (it's one of the shiny Raikou cards), and it looks good.

Latias...eh, you could have done better. To begin with, the face and the "Mist Ball" (which looks more like an Energy Ball) are drawn with a darker pencil than the rest of the drawing. As such, they're out of place. (If anything, Mist Ball should be fainter than the rest of the drawing - think of what a ball of mist would actually look like; it'd be transparent and almost invisible.) The body shape is also quite off - you've got a small body in comparison with long neck and large head, so it isn't proportionally accurate. You don't have to be perfect, but it helps to be close. The mouth looks out of place as well - I don't know where you'd put the mouth were you to draw it differently, but as it stands now, it looks bizarre.

Reshiram's actually pretty decent - even though it's just a mugshot, you do have the proportions correct. As far as how accurate you could get Reshiram you actually did a pretty good job. I'm guessing it's based on the close-up on the Black title screen when you press Start (with the two concentric circles in its eyes).

Yeah, definitely better than the previous ones you did, and you compressed them into URLs too so you didn't stretch the page. I am pleased.

As far as I can tell, you've improved from the previous works. I think the next step is adding some value; I'm referring of course to the use of shading and highlights -- right now, your colors (and in turn, your art itself) are flat. By giving some dimension via shading, I think your drawings could be immensely improved. Keep at it!

Yeah, I've been starting to shade just with back and white pictures though, because I need (my mom XD) to get more colored pencils, because all the ones I have are really worn down or just are irritaiting.

Most of the sprites are actually quite well done, with the exception being the first yellow Espeon, and the Pikachu+Articuno blend. Granted, all of the fusions look, well, bizarre, but at least they are well done.

A note, though, the link for the Flygon+Hydreigon is the same as the Serperior+Leafeon; you should fix that.

Overall the sprites are quite well-crafted; well done!

Yeah, the Espeon was getting irritating, and looked odd in the end. And the Pikacuno, I wasn't thrilled with how that turned out, either. I just really liked my DelcattyXSwablu the most.

Actually, that's Articuno's crest-thingy, but I couldn't rotate it good on the program I use.

No. I meant this one. Instead of a mouth, that is Swablu's beak. I personally think it might have looked better as a mouth instead of the beak, but that's just me.

Eh, I don't usually color, due to the fact I can never get the colors how I want, and I don't have good colored pencils at the moment.
And I REALLY liked how Jill turned out. Though that may be the only fun picture they're in. Others may be suffer and other things, but I finally have the two characters I want down.
