Currently, decks like Reshiram and Magneboar are in the running for BDIF, with other decks like Blastgatr, Samurott or stage one variants of Feraligatr as fairly viable rogue or Tier 2, depending on the deck. The reason they work so well is obvious, but considering how Pokemon Reversal can already be a problem for some of these decks, I really wonder how Pokemon Catcher will be dealt with. Decks like Magneboar, Samurott, and Blastgatr in particular have a problem since they have two stage twos, leaving them open to early game basic kills, unless they can perfectly set up by stage 2 (as I don't think any pokemon outside Pachirisu can score 50 without the help of pluspower by turn 1).
Then of course if setup is achieved quickly, there is still the option to drag out Feraligatr or Emboar. Running Switch is the obvious move, but if the pokemon is KOed, setting up another could be borderline impossible due to another catcher, or recycling one with Junk Arm. Dual stage 2 decks in particular have a problem as they have to babysit another heavy line, and some of them are crammed for space as is.
As someone that's using a couple of these decks, I admit I'm curious as to what can be done for Emboar and Feraligatr variants to survive Catcher, especially stage 2 variants.
