[Water Pokémon Master]

It's coming out later this month. Anyone want to make any predicitions about the set and then have bragging rights at a later point in time if they are right? Or just to discuss the set?

Well my 1st prediction is Alakazam, whether it be an Ex or not I still dont know. Maybe they'll make it either an Ex, Delta and a normal holo since it deserves it. I reckon the Pokemon*'s will be the Legendary Birds. The Dogs and Regis have been put into Shining form so why not the Birds?

I presume at least 50% of those I listed will make it into Ex form in Holon Phantom... I hope they make more than 3 Ex's this set too!

If the Unown are in there, Natu and Xatu have a chance of popping in as well. Also I'm going to go completely random and predict a Delta Species Smeargle, and probably a water or fire type.

Venonat and Venomoth might appear as well.

I wonder if we will see and Delta Species of the Gold, Silver and Crystal Pokémon. It would be nice to see what other types Feraligatr, Meganium and Typhlosion can be. If they do not make in in this set, perhaps another set is a possibility.

I'd really like to see a Delta Delibird in HP. I don't remember the last time I even saw a Delibird card.

Unconfirmed Information:

• The set will consist of many Red and Blue generation Pokemon.

I doubt there will be Many G/S/C pokemon in the set. Unseen Forces was dedicated to Johto and there were many Deltas in Delta Species. I think this will mainly consist of R/B/Y Pokémon with the occassional Johto and Hoenn Pokémon there too.

I reckon the Pokemon*'s will be the Legendary Birds. The Dogs and Regis have been put into Shining form so why not the Birds?

Remember, the Pokemon* in this set are also Delta Pokemon.

So it would not make any sense to make the Legendary Birds Delta Stars. These will be very different, very special Pokemon*.

So I'm putting my money on Lugia* Delta and Ho-oh* Delta.

And Mew* Delta, since Mew has everything and anything to do with Holon and Eidolon Forest.

I have to disagree on you with that one. In Delta Species you didnt see them doing Kyogre* Delta, Groudon* Delta and Metagross* Delta. Imo, if they did do that, it would simply wreak the purpose of Pokemon*... I know that doesnt make much sense at all but that's just how I see it, lol

It could be possible that they do have Lugia*, Ho-oh* and Mew*/Celebi*. It could even be possible to do Jirachi*. I dont see them doing Deoxys* since they would need to make 4 different versions of it.

Well, since the Pokemon-* are gonna be (δ-Delta Species), I'd go with Holy Star on this one. The Legendary Bird-*'s, which are almost definitely coming, would probably be their own types, just to make it fit.

Too bad Shining Lugia is pink... >_<

And Pokemon-delta and Pokemon-ex will not be the same (at least, not until D/P when card design changes), I'd say for two reasons.

1) Two types = more things are weak to it. Even though (M) is a minor weakness, it's still one more type ("ice") that you bash. Which is why just regular dual types are even less likely, IMO.
2) The EX ruling and the Dual-type ruling are in the same place on a card. =P

Oh yeah, my prediction is:  There will be 26 Unowns, and they'll encompass every single type.  (They're going to do it wit Deoxys, why not Unown as well?

Alakazam is WAY over due. I mean, there needs to be Alakazam, Alakazam EX, and Shinning Alakazam in the set or I will just rebel against PUI. j/k

Theres going to be more Holon's, which means the set will be atleast some good unlike Emerald. Maybe we can see new cards like Holon's Manectric that provides 2 rainbow LOL or maybe new energy that discards 1 energy but provides 3 colorless and doesn't go away? (I BETCHA THAT HAPPENS LOL)

is this true that the * pokemon are going to be delta pokemon, coz where would the little "This pokemon is both O and O type." and the shining box as well? doesn't sound very official.. it'll be SO lame to have * delta pokemon...?
i would love to get my hands on a Smeargle...

But wouldn't the ex's be like, charizard and stuff again..? :S maybe delta kyogre and groudon are in this set, as we know where getting a rayquaza?

Those scans are cool. I especially like the Deoxys pics. Good to see there's a flygon in the set. Good ol' lightning resist AND it's grass type =) Too bad you cant see how much damage it does. Oh well, we'll find out soon enough.
