Joltik and Galvantula have just been revealed from Black Bolt and White Flare! The set will release in Japan on June 6th and will then release in English on July 18th.
Joltik - Lightning - HP40
Basic Pokémon
[L] Surprise Attack: 30 damage. Flip a coin. If tails, this attack does nothing.
Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: None
Retreat: 1

Galvantula - Lightning - HP90
Stage 1 - Evolves from Joltik
[L] Discharge 50x damage: Discard all [L] Energy from this Pokémon. This attack does 50 damage for each card you discarded in this way.

That Galvantula is just a better Ethan’s Magcargo with a better engine (Eelektrik) and it’s Lightning AND evolves from broken Joltik so it’s automatically an include in Miraidon/Joltik Box. Easy replacement for Pika/Raichu V to KO big 2 prizers.

Interesting Galvantula card. Love the artwork on Joltik. Maybe Lightning, but that's to be expected. I wonder if Ferroseed and Ferrothorn will male their Grass debuts in this Dual Set.....

given the abundance of grass/bug guys in the gen 5 dex i imagine they may be more concerned with the metal count, but who can say.
