Kecleon rr (needs help with deck)

i was flipping through my binders and i noticed this card:
Kecleon Rising Rivals

i thought how most legends have 2 weakness's so with kecleon it would be times 4 damage then all you need is a belt or 2 heads to knock out almost any legend. What else should i run with kecleon? i was thinking a dark type but im not sure. Please help.
 
The problem is there aren't any Legend decks. The only playable Legend is ERl, which is only a tech. If you do want to run Kecleon, Shaymin Lv.X becomes an option for extra HP.
 
^ i want to run this because alot of people i know are running legends. They are running RDL, KGL, and ERL so what would be the best cards to run that could counter other decks to?
 
If you're looking to thrash some LEGEND pokemon I'd just as soon use Machamp SF. Then you have an upper hand against SP as well, along with the donkability. Kecleon is too slow for this metagame.
 
Take Out states "if that pokemon is not evolved." LEGEND pokemon do not have any other cards underneath them, therefore they are not considered evolved. They are not basic, but nevertheless they are not evolved. OHKO.
