Magic: The Gathering

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make any Magic: The Gathering Cards by hand.
I know there is Magic Set Editor to do it, but I am a more Do It Yourself kind of guy.

You want to make them by hand as in tangible cards?
Or do you mean in a graphic editing program?

I made a decent template in photoshop that I'd be willing to share.
