Edit: I was checking it out again, and I got it to come up. I just hope I don't have to go through what I went through then everytime you update, or that'll be bad .

anyway it looks cool, but definitely not like a Volbeat/Illumise evo. Perhaps some sort of Penguin/Bug thing

I started to study the pokemon, and it really looks like a baby, but I doubt it, cause it would have to be a larva, or, well, maybe it's a pure basic, or needs to evolve

also, lucario  seems like a a loser, a pokemon that you can get earmy in the game and that would have the worst stats, or something taht you'll get from a trade (like buzz and stuff)

Or it's like in Silver/Gold where you get one of the legendaries, and you get the other one at Lv. 40 except this is like at level 30 or something.

That's all I can explain about it, since it's supposed to be a Legendary.

I doubt it is a baby, because I think it has the same size of his "parents", and fighting a baby at level 24 is quite suspect.
Perhaps it is a completely different pokémon or who knows, and evolution...

Yeah he does look weird and his present is good attack if used right.

If you look closely, you can see that his antenna are translucent, and the yellow thing on his stomach looks like he's holding something. Or it might be part of his jacket. I stand firm in my belief that he's a beaver.
