I made some new abilities

SONAR SENSE
Raises evasion if hit by an sound-based move.
Pokemons that has the ability:
Kricketot, Kricketune, Masquerain, Zubat, Golbat, Crobat, Vibrava, Flygon, Chingling, Chimecho

HEAL BURN
Restores HP if the Pokémon is burnt.
Pokemons that has the ability:
Magby, Magmar, Magmortar, Vulpix, Ninetales, Ninetales, Flareon, Torkoal

KINETIC DRAIN
Raises defense and attack if hit by a recoil damage.
Pokemons that has the ability:
Shieldon, Bastiodon, Forretress, Cranidos, Rampardos, Tyranitar, Pupitar, Bagon, Shelgon, Wynaut, Wobbuffet

GOOD MEMORY
Raised attack and speed if hit by a same move.
Pokemons that has the ability:
Exeggcute, Exeggutor, Meditite, Medicham, Gallade, Lunatone, Solrock, Dragonite, Espeon, Baltoy, Claydol

SPINE BACK
Inflicts damage to the foe on contact.
Pokemons that has the ability:
Jolteon, Sandslash

IRON HIDE
Raises defense and sp. def if hit by a punching move.
Pokemons that has the ability:
Phanpy, Donphan, Sandshrew, Anorith, Armaldo

FRIGID SKIN
Contact with the Pokémon may freeze the foe.
Pokemons that has the ability:
Glaceon, Froslass, Snover

NOTE: It base form is first pure bug type, when it evolves it turns to bug/electric type

For the uber Pokemon, I made some little changes, which one is better, the previous or this one?

Ice/Psychic is what the Uber should be, a deadly combo, especially Mind Read - Sheer Cold, 2-turn KO

How about for an ability:

DYNAMO
Increases damage dealt from Electric-Type moves
That Bug/Electric you made could have it

Also, if you could, could you try make the following:

Infernegg
Fire
Basic
It looks like an egg with arms and legs poking out. The arms and legs are red and the egg is like Togepis, but the symbols are red

Dracoflame
Fire/Dragon
Stage 1
Like a baby Salamence, with huge cutesy eyes like female anime characters have. His body is red with white wings. Instead of spikes around it's head it is like a Frillneck Lizard

Dragoblaze
Fire/Dragon
Stage 2
Like the above, but bigger. It has 3 heads, 1 has a Frillneck, 1 has Fire coming off it's head like a Mohawk and the middle head is like a normal dragon head but with massive teeth like a sabretooth tiger.

I have one idea so far... When Froslass evolves he spawns from her. An Ice Ghost Pokemon Purple and Ice-Blue. Ice Spikes are spread all over its arms and it Is similar to its head and arms. A floating Pokemon with the ability to go through the floor and be solid and hollow whenever it wants. Its lower body has Legs and a matching belt with its color. Frostchill(I am tired)

Frostchill the Dry Ice Pokemon. It's breath at below 1,000 degrees can freeze magma. It has the ability to create an eternal hailstorm that can only be stopped by its kind. Its rival Heatwave and it have been clashing ever since the Ice Age. It is said to live eternally if taken care of right. (Will add pics and more info later.)

They both have matching colors, and big hands/arms sticking out from small bodies/heads.

Just saying they're oddly alike. :B
