New Tourney

hey i m starting a new tourney it will have 32 players single elimination tournament,Here are the rules

1) Must have AIM or MSN to contact if not PM the opponent
2) Im organizing the tournament so i can watch all of your games.i m almost online if i m not then u can play ur game
3) HL-ON
4) Theres a time schedule so if both of the players dont play their game by the date then they are both out.
5) MUST MUST MUST HAVE OCTGN To be in this tournament.if not then play on apprentice
6) Best 2 out of 3
7) Must must must have hamachi to connect.
8) u can change decks throught out the tourney
