This is about a knew trainer who's just started out (A day after Dawn left) he eventually meets up with Ash and Co. and you'll have to read the rest to find out.
Chapter 1: A Great Start in Sinnoh!
The stadium was dark, the croud was hushed as Grady was about to send out his pokemon. A spotlight hit Grady. Another spotlight hit his opponet, Lucian, from the eltie four.
"Come on out, Bronzong!" Lucian yelled as his Bronzong came out of its pokeball, "Prepare for your demise, Grady."
The stadium roared with applause for Lucians Bronzong.
"Funny, I was just about to say the same thing to you," Grady said, "Your Bronzong will be no mach for my pokemon. The pokemon I started with!"
The stadium roared with applause once more.
"Come on out..." Grady was interupeted by a loud ringing that sounded like an alarm clock.
Grady then woke up to his alarm clock, sitting the table next to his bed.
"I knew a pokemon trainer was soposed to be ready at any time, but I just didn't know anytime would be so early," Grady said after going downstairs, "Yaaaawn."
"Oh come on, Grady, your little brother gets up earlier than you," Grady's mom said.
"That's only so he can watch baby cartoons," Grady said.
"Hey! I don't watch baby cartoons!" Grady's brother, Andy, said.
"Yeah, your right," Grady said, "You watch babiesh cartoons, now change it something like 'Ed Ed `n Eddy' I could use something funny before I go off."
"I was already watching that so hah!" Andy said as stuck out his tounge.
"Andy don't fight with your brother, this is his big day. And Grady, don't fight with Andy, your becoming an adult. And don't you think you should be watching something more mature?" Grady's mom said.
Grady, and Andy, looked at eachother and said, "Nope."
Later, it was time for Grady to go.
"Good luck son," His mom said hugging him.
"Yeah, good luck, and don't go to hard on Leage! They don't need to be to worn out that they can't beat me!"
"Thanks bro, thanks mom," Grady said.
Grady got onto his bike and rode off saying, "See ya! I let ya know if I see my cousin, Dawn!"
Chapter 2: A New Road for Stone!
"I can't belive it!" Grady said, "I'm finally gonna go on my journey! But first I need to decide which pokemon I'm gonna start with."
Grady looked at the pass closely. The choices he had were Chimchar, Turtwig, and Piplup.
"They all look like they have a great capability of being strong," Grady thought, "Turtwig and Piplup would have a great advantage against Roark, and Chimchar, with all the exirience it gain after beeting Roark, it'd be real close to evolving!"
Grady looked around at the all the things that serounded him. He saw all the pokemon, all there different looks, there different sounds, and there different emotions.
"Look out all you pokemon! As soon as I get my pokemon, I'm gonna catch ya all!" Grady shouted.
Grady followed the map and pulled into the streets of Sand Gem Town.
"So, were is proffesor Rowans lab?" Grady said, "Hmmm, maby its over there."
He took a turn, and saw the building he thought was profesor Rowans lab.
Grady oppened the door and said, "I'm ready for my pokemon!"
"Well ya came to the right town," A man said, "But I hope you came to stay a night here to."
With all the exitement Grady got, he had closed his eyes, but when he oppened them, he relized he was in a hotell, then said, "Oh, sorry, do you know were prof. Rowans lab might be?"
After getting directions from the hotel manager, Grady road off and followed the directions the man gave him and found the lab in no time.
Grady walked in and said, "Is this prof. Rowans lab?"
"Why yes it is, have you come here for a pokemon?" A man in a white lab coat said.
"Yeah, hey, why are all these papers scatered, and why are those two windows broken?" Grady said.
"Oh its long story, now come in, come in. I'm prof. Rowan nice to meet you, um..." Prof. Rowan said.
"Grady," Grady said shaking prof Rowans hand.
"Well were sorry but, the Piplup is gone, a trainer named Dwan just came for it yesterday," Prof. Rowan said.
"Ah, its okay, I'll just pick from one of these two," Grady said.
Suddenly, a wall in prof. Rowans lab exploded, and were it exploded, there stood a man.
"Humph. So this is prof. Rowans lab? I thought thered be more pokemon, than those two. Well thell do. NOW!" The man said.
Suddenly, a giant claw from a machine behind the man, reached through the wall and grabbed the Turtwig and Chimchar!
"Twig! Turtwig!" The Turtwig shouted.
"Chim! Chimchar! Chim!" The Chimchar shouted.
"Hey! Give those pokemon back!" Grady shouted.
"Who are you anyway?" Prof. Rowan asked the man.
"My, name," The man said, "Is Steven Stone!"
"What? Steven Stone? Why did you come to Sinnoh?" Prof. Rowan said.
"As you may know I love stones, but, the best stones I have heard of are the Diamond of Dialga, and the Pearl of Palkia! Not only will these stones be the prized posation of my collection, but will allow me to control time and space! This world is so dull! I'm thinking I should make a knew one, along side my knew partner, Cyrus! Ha ha ha!" Steven said.
"But why steel these pokemon?" One of the men in that works in the professors lab asked.
"I figured if I was going to concur Sinnoh, I might as well get a Sinnoh pokemon!" Steven yelled.
Chapter Three: Chimchars Choice!
"Hey! Stop!" Grady shouted, "They don't belong to you!"
"They will soon! As soon as I put them into my new 'Dark Ball' they'll be mine for good! Ha Ha Ha!" Steven shouted.
Steven reached into his pocket, and grabbed an odd looking pokeball. The pokeball was black, and it had many markings on it, and an 'S' in the middle of it.
Steven through the Dark Ball at Chimchar and said, "Yoour Mine!"
The ball took chimchar into it, and without even wiggling once, Chimchar was captured.
"Now its your turn!" Steven yelled as he through a Dark Ball at Turtwig.
"Twig!" Turtwig yelled as it shot a Razor Leaf at the Dark Ball.
The Dark Ball flew back into Stevens hand as he said, "What! Thats impossible!"
"It seems that you rellied on science more than you relied on posibillity, Steven," Prof. Rowna said.
"Grrrr!" Steven moaned.
"Twig!" Turtwig yelled as it broke out of the grip of Stevens machine.
"What!" Steven yelled.
"Yes!" Grady said.
Turtwig landed right infront of Grady, and it looked at him as if saying, "Lets do this."
Grady nodded and said, "Turtwig, get ready!"
Steven smiled and said, "That punny thing won't be a match for Chimchar! Go!"
Steven through the Dark Ball and Chimchar came out. But Chimchar seemed differen't than it ded when it went in the Dark Ball. The Chimchar that went in the Dark Ball seemed very frightened at the sight of Steve, but the one that came out seemed brave, and powerfull.
"You seem suprised boy at the sight of the changed Chimchar!" Steven said.
"Grrrr! Turtwig use Razor Leaf!" Grady yelled.
Turtwig shot a very strong looking Razor Leaf out at Chimchar.
"Chimchar Ember!" Steven said.
Chimchars Ember collided with Turtwigs Razor Leaf, then Chimchar shot out another Ember on its own!
It was coming straight at Turtwig when Grady said, "Turtwig, use Withdraw!"
"Twig!" Turtwig said as it curled up inside its shell.
The ember still kept going but it only caused little damage to Turtwig.
"Turtwig! Get as close as you can to Chimchar!" Grady shouted.
"Turtwig?" Turtwig questioned.
"Trust me!" Grady said.
Turtwig ran torwards Chimchar as fast as it could, then Steven said, "Wrong move! Chimchar Ember!"
"Turtwig, dodge it!" Grady said.
Turtwig jumped into the air as the Ember attakc wet straight under it!
"Good job! Now Bite!" Grady said.
"Twig!" Turtwig shouted as it bit down on Chimchars head.
"Cimchar!" Chimchar shouted as it was released from Turtwigs grip.
Chimchar was still able to battle, but it was severly hurt.
"Chimchar return!" Steven said as he called back his pokemon,"This isn't over!"
Steven jumped into his machine and Chimchar jumped out of the poekball.
Then Grady said, "Hey Chimchar! Do you really want to be with Steven, and be treated wrongly, or be with a trainer who will love you forever?"
"Chim!" Chimchar said as it jumped into the machine with Steven.
"I'll take that as a no." Grady said.
Stevens machine drove of into the forest behind Prof. Rownas lab.
"Its okay Grady, thats Chimchars choice, and we have to respedt that. But on the plus side, you made a new friend." Prof. Rowan said.
"Yeah, thanks. And my choice is Turtwig! But now I think I'll name him Twig, do you like that?" Grady asked Turtwig.
"Twig!" Turtwig said exidetly.
"Good, heres youre pokeballs Grady, and heres Twigs." Prof. Rowan said as he gave Grady his stuff.
"Thanks. Return Twig!" Grady said as he called back Twig into his pokeball.
Grady got on his bike and started ridding of to Jubelife City.
Chapter 4: The Buzz in the Forest!
"Now, were would some pokemon be?" Grady asked himself, "Come and help me look Twig!"
"Twig! Turtwig!" Twig said as it cam out of its pokeball.
"Alright, what pokemon should we look for? Maybe a water or grass pokemon to battle Roark," Grady said.
"Turtwig!" Twig said as he pointed out a Buizel in a nearby pond.
"Thanks Twig, now go sneek up on that Buizel and use Bite," Grady whispered to Twig.
Twig obeyed and went creaping up to the pond. Twig got its sights set on the Buizel. Twig jumped onto it and used Bite!
"Bui! Bui! Buizel!" The Buizel yelled as Twig snapped down on its head.
"Alright! Now Razor Leaf!" Grady shouted.
"Twi..." Twig was about to obey when the Buizel sent a Bubble Beam out onto Twig just as Twig realesed its grip and jumped of.
"Twig! You okay?" Grady said.
"Tur! Turtwig!" Twig said nodding.
"Great! Alright, lets trie this again! Razor Leaf!" Grady shouted.
"Turtwig!" Twig said as it shot leaves out at the Buizel.
"Bui! Buizel!" The Buizel shouted as it was nocked down.
"Go! Pokeball!" Grady yelled as he through a pokeball at the Buizel.
The Buizell was sucked into the pokeball and the pokeball started to roll back and forth.
"Bui Bui! Buizel!" The Buizel said as it came out of the pokeball.
"Dang! It was so close!" Grady said, "Twig, use bite!"
Twig ran up to the Buizel and was about to bite down on Buizel when the Buizel used rock smash on Twig. Twig fell and hit hard down on the rocks of the pond. The Buizel seemed to think it was funny.
"Bui! Bui-Bui! Buizel!" The Buizel laughed.
"You think thats funny!? Well I'll show something funny!" Grady said, "Twig Synthisis!"
The leaves on Twigs head started to glow as Twig started to heall. Twig was fully recovered and just decided on its own to use Razor Leaf.
"Turtwig! Tur!" Twig said as it shot leaves at the Buizel.
The Buizel fell to the ground without a sound, and was almost unable to battle when Grady said, "Go! Pokeball!"
A pokeball went flying through the air, but it wasen't from Gradys hand, it was from a bush near the pond. The pokeball from the bush hit the Buizell first, and unfortanatly cought it.
"Hey you! Over there in the bush! That was my Buizel!" Grady said.
"Yeah I know, catching was part of my bait. Ya see I only caught it so I could get you to trade a pokemon for it. Oh, and I'm Tory." A Boy said as he stepped out of the bush.
"That was still my Buizel! I brought it down fair and square!" Grady yelled at Tory.
Chapter five: The Great Bagon Hunt!
"So, what do you want for that Buizel?" Grady asked.
"I want a Bagon, a nice strong one," Tory said.
"But there isn't any Bagons around here! Bagons live on mountains and in caves, how am I soposed to find one around here?" Gady said.
Tory looked at Grady in a wierd way and said, "You mean you don't know? Theres a tribe of Bagon traviling here like they do every year. If I didn't know any better, I'd say you spent all your morning watching 'Ed Ed 'n' Eddy' instead of the news"
"I do not watch that every morning!" Grady lied, "I guess I just missed that report of the news, but were will I know were there exact location are?"
"It should be on your Pokedex," Tory said.
Grady pulled out his pokedex and entered the word "Bagon". Then the a map of the Sinnoh region appered on the screen, and all the places were bagon could be found were circled in red. Grady pressed on the place were him and Tory were.
"Just like a DS" Grady thought.
A sentance apeared that said, "Bagon are traviling near foot of Jubilif City,".
"Alright Twig! Lets go!" Grady said getting back on his bike and riding of to Jubilife City, "Twig return!"
Twig went back into his pokeball and Grady put it in his pocket.
"Hey wait up!" Tory said getting on his bike.
It would be a long ride to Jubelife City but that didn't stop either of them. They saw many pokemon on the way but neither of them stopped to catch any of them. Eventually they came to a stop.
"Wooooow!" Grady and Tory said in unison.
They were looking at a giant tree that held many pokemon in it. And some of those pokemon were Bagon. All the pokemon were sleeping.
Suddenly a pokeball flew into the air and hit an Eevee in the tree. But, the Eevee did not wake up. The pokeball rolled back and forth, and then the Eevee was caught.
"Alright! Another Eevee added to the familly!" A girl said as she came out of a bush.
"Shhhh!" Grady said to the girl. "I'm trying to catch a Bagon when its sleeping."
"Sorry, but don't worry, when a pokemon gets on this tree it'll sleep for 8 hours with out anyone waking it up. Its verry easy to catch pokemon on this tree," The girl said, "Oh, I'm Sakura, a pokemon cordinator, trainer, and partime Pokemon Ranger. I have all the badges from all over the world, I even deafeted all the Frontier brains. All I need are a few more badges in Shinnoh, and I'll have all the badges in the world so far!"
Grady was only half listening. As soon as he heard the phrase, "Its easy to catch pokemon on this tree," He took out all the pokeball he had and through one at a Bagon. The Bagon was cought.
"There ya go!" Grady said handing the pokeball over to Tory.
"Keep it, I don't want a pokemon that easy to catch," Tory said.
"But what about Buizell? I'm the one who deafeted it!" Grady said.
"Actually, it is my Buizell. The pokeball it go's into is broken, thats why you could catch it. I Just threw the pokeball and made it return at the same time, but I still would trade it to you for a Bagon," Tory said, "And now, I challenge you to a battle..."
"I accept!" Grady said.
"Not you! Sakura!" Tory said.
Chapter 6: Is Tory Crazy!?
"Listen kid, I'm almost fifteen, I've won almost all the badges in the world, and you havn't even won one!" Sakura said, "You have no chance!"
"Yeah I do! Go! Flareon!" Tory said.
"You still don't have a chance against my...," Sakura started, "Go Torterea!"
Meanwhile, Jesse, James, and Meowth, were walking in the forest, only a little ways away from Grady and the others.
"I can't belive that twirp and his Pikachu blasted us all the back here," Jesse complained.
"I knows! That was somes Thunderbolt," Meowth whined.
"Hey, weres James?" Jesse asked.
"Hows should I knows were James go's durin' his free times," Meowth said.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" A voice yelled.
"Was that James?" Jesse asked.
"It sounded likes hims alright," Meowth said.
"HEEEEEEELP MEEEEE!!!" James' voice said.
Jesse and Meowth turned around and saw James rapped in Ariados and Spinarak webs.
"Ja-ja-James, ho-how di-did yo-you ge-get in th-that?!?!" Jesse and Meowth stutered.
"Fru-fruuuuuit!" James screamed while struggiling to point up.
"James yous are an Idiot!" Meowth yelled, "How could you think you could climb up a web full of Ariados and Spinarack!?"
"They were asleep," James said.
"GO! SEVIPER! Use Poison Tail to destroy that web and get that idiot out!" Jesse screamed.

"Twi..." Twig was about to obey when the Buizel sent a Bubble Beam out onto Twig just as Twig realesed its grip and jumped of.
"Twig! You okay?" Grady said.
"Tur! Turtwig!" Twig said nodding.
"Great! Alright, lets trie this again! Razor Leaf!" Grady shouted.
"Turtwig!" Twig said as it shot leaves out at the Buizel.
"Bui! Buizel!" The Buizel shouted as it was nocked down.
"Go! Pokeball!" Grady yelled as he through a pokeball at the Buizel.
The Buizell was sucked into the pokeball and the pokeball started to roll back and forth.
"Bui Bui! Buizel!" The Buizel said as it came out of the pokeball.
"Dang! It was so close!" Grady said, "Twig, use bite!"
Twig ran up to the Buizel and was about to bite down on Buizel when the Buizel used rock smash on Twig. Twig fell and hit hard down on the rocks of the pond. The Buizel seemed to think it was funny.
"Bui! Bui-Bui! Buizel!" The Buizel laughed.
"You think thats funny!? Well I'll show something funny!" Grady said, "Twig Synthisis!"
The leaves on Twigs head started to glow as Twig started to heall. Twig was fully recovered and just decided on its own to use Razor Leaf.
"Turtwig! Tur!" Twig said as it shot leaves at the Buizel.
The Buizel fell to the ground without a sound, and was almost unable to battle when Grady said, "Go! Pokeball!"
A pokeball went flying through the air, but it wasen't from Gradys hand, it was from a bush near the pond. The pokeball from the bush hit the Buizell first, and unfortanatly cought it.
"Hey you! Over there in the bush! That was my Buizel!" Grady said.
"Yeah I know, catching was part of my bait. Ya see I only caught it so I could get you to trade a pokemon for it. Oh, and I'm Tory." A Boy said as he stepped out of the bush.
"That was still my Buizel! I brought it down fair and square!" Grady yelled at Tory.
Chapter five: The Great Bagon Hunt!
"So, what do you want for that Buizel?" Grady asked.
"I want a Bagon, a nice strong one," Tory said.
"But there isn't any Bagons around here! Bagons live on mountains and in caves, how am I soposed to find one around here?" Gady said.
Tory looked at Grady in a wierd way and said, "You mean you don't know? Theres a tribe of Bagon traviling here like they do every year. If I didn't know any better, I'd say you spent all your morning watching 'Ed Ed 'n' Eddy' instead of the news"
"I do not watch that every morning!" Grady lied, "I guess I just missed that report of the news, but were will I know were there exact location are?"
"It should be on your Pokedex," Tory said.
Grady pulled out his pokedex and entered the word "Bagon". Then the a map of the Sinnoh region appered on the screen, and all the places were bagon could be found were circled in red. Grady pressed on the place were him and Tory were.
"Just like a DS" Grady thought.
A sentance apeared that said, "Bagon are traviling near foot of Jubilif City,".
"Alright Twig! Lets go!" Grady said getting back on his bike and riding of to Jubilife City, "Twig return!"
Twig went back into his pokeball and Grady put it in his pocket.
"Hey wait up!" Tory said getting on his bike.
It would be a long ride to Jubelife City but that didn't stop either of them. They saw many pokemon on the way but neither of them stopped to catch any of them. Eventually they came to a stop.
"Wooooow!" Grady and Tory said in unison.
They were looking at a giant tree that held many pokemon in it. And some of those pokemon were Bagon. All the pokemon were sleeping.
Suddenly a pokeball flew into the air and hit an Eevee in the tree. But, the Eevee did not wake up. The pokeball rolled back and forth, and then the Eevee was caught.
"Alright! Another Eevee added to the familly!" A girl said as she came out of a bush.
"Shhhh!" Grady said to the girl. "I'm trying to catch a Bagon when its sleeping."
"Sorry, but don't worry, when a pokemon gets on this tree it'll sleep for 8 hours with out anyone waking it up. Its verry easy to catch pokemon on this tree," The girl said, "Oh, I'm Sakura, a pokemon cordinator, trainer, and partime Pokemon Ranger. I have all the badges from all over the world, I even deafeted all the Frontier brains. All I need are a few more badges in Shinnoh, and I'll have all the badges in the world so far!"
Grady was only half listening. As soon as he heard the phrase, "Its easy to catch pokemon on this tree," He took out all the pokeball he had and through one at a Bagon. The Bagon was cought.
"There ya go!" Grady said handing the pokeball over to Tory.
"Keep it, I don't want a pokemon that easy to catch," Tory said.
"But what about Buizell? I'm the one who deafeted it!" Grady said.
"Actually, it is my Buizell. The pokeball it go's into is broken, thats why you could catch it. I Just threw the pokeball and made it return at the same time, but I still would trade it to you for a Bagon," Tory said, "And now, I challenge you to a battle..."
"I accept!" Grady said.
"Not you! Sakura!" Tory said.
Chapter 6: Is Tory Crazy!?
"Listen kid, I'm almost fifteen, I've won almost all the badges in the world, and you havn't even won one!" Sakura said, "You have no chance!"
"Yeah I do! Go! Flareon!" Tory said.
"You still don't have a chance against my...," Sakura started, "Go Torterea!"
Meanwhile, Jesse, James, and Meowth, were walking in the forest, only a little ways away from Grady and the others.
"I can't belive that twirp and his Pikachu blasted us all the back here," Jesse complained.
"I knows! That was somes Thunderbolt," Meowth whined.
"Hey, weres James?" Jesse asked.
"Hows should I knows were James go's durin' his free times," Meowth said.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" A voice yelled.
"Was that James?" Jesse asked.
"It sounded likes hims alright," Meowth said.
"HEEEEEEELP MEEEEE!!!" James' voice said.
Jesse and Meowth turned around and saw James rapped in Ariados and Spinarak webs.
"Ja-ja-James, ho-how di-did yo-you ge-get in th-that?!?!" Jesse and Meowth stutered.
"Fru-fruuuuuit!" James screamed while struggiling to point up.
"James yous are an Idiot!" Meowth yelled, "How could you think you could climb up a web full of Ariados and Spinarack!?"
"They were asleep," James said.
"GO! SEVIPER! Use Poison Tail to destroy that web and get that idiot out!" Jesse screamed.
