Go ahead and be a judge. The rubric is:
3/3 For Top/Bottom
7/7 For Power/Body
10/10 For attacks

Note: If the card doesn't have a Body/Power, dump the 7 points into the attacks.

Also, StrykerZ, it was an error on the card, not the grammer. You say the base power is 60, but later state "this attack does 70 more damage...".

8/10 It's an ok attack but if my guess is right, naming Empoleon Lv. X in the attack is irrelevant since Lv.X is not part of a Pokemon's name - otherwise, you could have 4/4 in your deck. Compare it to, say, Scyther and Scyther ex. The attack is also worded incorrectly.

6/7 The old body/power mixup. The way it's worded makes it a body, but if you intended on it being a power, it's worded wrong. Either way, you messed up somewhere. All of Machamp's attack? effected... no. Make sure your words are spelled corecktely

0/7 Not only is this broken, it's worded wrong, too. Give him some Magneton PK support and real Metal Energy and you are invincible. -60 from the power, -40 from the Metal, your opponent has to nail you for 110 just to do 10 damage to you. The extra 50 damage you take is completely moot because 1) it only occurs if you do Jaw Clamp and 2) A smart player will have a -60 to -100 damage shield up every turn on this guy. Yikes.
5/10 Jaw Clamp sucks. The drawback is absolutely terrible. No one will ever use it, I'd rather put my mega shield up, say go, and own next turn with my much better attack that puts no dent in my defenses and is guaranteed to do decent damage. Both attacks are worded wrong.

Overpowered? Understatement of the year. If you knew it was that broken, why did you submit it?
