Count the number of (L) energy card in your discard pile. If there is 5 or more (L) energy card in your discard pile, This attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each (L) energy card in your discard pile.

First off, 160 is uber for even a a stage 2 EX/Lv.X. Second it is uber broken. Next, it is not a delta pokemon. No. Just no.

and It is supposed to be fire energy. This was my first spoiler so I tryed and failed I will modifie it and see if I can do better well here it is...

Well, that is a bit better, but:
-Infernape spoiler is already done
-1 for 40 is too broken
-2 for 80 is too broken
-3 for 120 is too broken, even with the effect
-It is not a delta type pokemon
