  • 3 Sky Field
  • 2 Power Memory
  • 2 Fighting Fury Belt
  • 2 Float Stone
  • 3 Ultra Ball
  • 4 VS Seeker
  • 1 Super Rod
Energy: 13
  • 6 Fighting Energy
  • 4 Strong Energy
  • 3 Double Colorless Energy
Strategy:

Use carbink to power up zygarde-ex to help it attack using Power Memory's attack. Since it requires discarding 3 Energy to use, and Carbink can take 2 Energies to put on a Benched pokemon, replenish Zygarde w/ 1 Fighting/Strong + 1 DCE as the two energies to be replenished out of discard every turn. If Zygarde-EX has 3 energies already before Carbink replenishes, the reattachment of 1 Fighting/Strong and 1 DCE will allow it to reuse All Cell Burn w/ no net energy loss, as long as the player switches it out after use to get the DCE and fighting/strong back out of discard and back on Zygarde-EX. In the event of Night March, since there are 12 night marchers, knowing that if all of them are discarded, NM can't be used, in the event of FFB + Bedrock Press, 220-(20*11+10-20)=210 HP damage to Regirock, 10 HP shy of a KO, I'll use regirock to KO the Joltiks while I Delinquent to remove my shaymins, hoopas, and/or wounded pokes in play if Sky Field was on the field at the time of Delinquent, or if Dimension Valley is on, force the foe to dig up another DV to replace the empty stadium spot or else fail to get two prizes unless at least one Joltik is still in play, or one pumpkaboo already has energy attached... If I can't find my SEs, Teammates can help me dig them and/or other cards I need out of the deck and into my hand...

^ In my opinion, this is a backup plan in case PHF is rotated, but what do you think? Should I make this my primary deck over my planned Jolteon-EX deck? Or should it be secondary? Comment away, with any possible suggestions for improvement, or even other sources of feedback...
