the main idea is to get the Z charged up with TMs galore. its power lets me move off the TMs not necessary to KO the defending pokemon or to move them onto a benched Z. with the Z X's power and trade off, i can essentially search my deck for any card every turn. dewgong sv is my donphan prime counter; the Z himself is a machamp counter. smeargle is a great starter, who can portrait any good supporter my opponent has.
POV works with the Z X's power, just put two cards you need on the top of your deck and then get them with POV. that's pretty much it, standard t/s/s and energy. let me know your comments and suggestions!

You MIGHT MIGHT have to up your DGX line to a 2-2 because you NEED to shut down Vileplume/Spiritomb otherwise this deck will autoloss.

Max out your TM's, and for gosh sakes take out those pokedrawers. There are much better things out there now. Twins for instance.

i'll definitely do that once i get another dgx... what would i take out for it?

the pokedrawers are actually quite helpful when i'm in a pinch, and i hate how twins takes up my supporter for the turn :(

Do you really need Pokédrawers when you can Decode the hidden message in your Raisin Bran(sorry, I used to have a deck similar to this and I said that often....my buddy started it:p) every turn? I loved my deck to death because i used to run Fighting energy for CLAYDOL. Yep, I used to have Claydol attack and it worked awesome because nobody ever expected me to do that. It was great!

Professor Oak's Visit (Or point of view LOL) is a pretty bad card. Use Poke Drawer +.
Rainbow also makes no sense unless you plan on attacking with azelf.
Just use water.
 
I really don't think you need 2-2 Dialga. You can Level it up with with Learning as soon as you've got it on your bench, so run a 2-1 line at most, 1-1 if you don't care about (maybe) having to use your azelf for it. 2-2 takes more space and doesn't make it much easier to set up.
