Reverse-Holo bad prints

I've gotten about two reverse holos that have a either a vertical or a horizontal line where the holo is a different hue. Has anyone else gotten anything like this?

For dragon fronteirs, the cards look like they got a tan 0_o

It has something to do with how their printers print the cards and the type of cartridge they used to print the cards. I think they use laser printers but I am not sure. If it is a laser printer then they have that line on everything that they print. It is hard to see it on regular printers that we have but the line is there.:)

I got a box of DF and I have many of these cards. One one half I don't think there is any holo on it at all. I only have ones like this from DF.

I think you might be talking about parallel holos? If you are they're totally normal just a new type of holo like when rev. holo's came out.

I got these cards with logos in the picture (just like Rev holos) but without holographic parts whatsoever. I think they're from PK.

I think you can send them back to the comapny and they send you free booster packs.

I think after they go through the printing process they go through a stamp machine that stamps the set name on the reverse holo cards and they leave lines from being shifted so fast. The cards get a stamp and shift to the next one and get a stamp and so on and sometimes they get scratched before the machine has time to lift up fo the next card. It is sort of like newspaper machines but they are actually fitted to fit the cards.:)

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but my DP Clefable has a couple of black marks near the bottom of the picture and it looks like the printer smudged it.

Good explanation! I was confused about that, but you cleared it up for me!

AW so they do get some damage before they are even sealed in a pack... that explains why some of my EX cards have wierd scratches when i have opened a pack or two..

The machines are not perfect all the time. I have a base set Ninetales with a manufacturers crease in the center-left of the card and it looks like it was from the shifting machine. It is also split at the top and creased in the bottom right corner of the card. I got it from one of my friend but I am lucky that I have Ninetales at all or I would not even have him except from the EX series sets.:)

At least yous is not as bad as someone's Absol Ex I saw, when he just opened it from the pack, 3/5 of it was peeling away from the bottom-left corner.

^If I got a card that badly damaged I would complain. But if they send another booster you cannot guarantee getting absol ex again.
