Really good. Some other format you could tech 1-1 in any deck. For now it is good on Empoleon. It helps with consistency a lot but CPU Search is easier to play and you can do it at any time.

This is like on of my favourite cards. I used to play it with Darkrai and Shaymin along with some grass energies. I love the artwork as well.

I haven't played this, but I think being a stage 1 hurts it too much. You're putting in a line just to be able to search things. But if you end up with just the basic or roserade without the basic, you're not going to get much use out of this. Putting a 1-1 line would risk getting one of them prized so you're best with at least a 2-2 line.

With that said, this is a good card. Searchable by level ball, doesn't waste an attack, and can search out any card in your deck. If I had the room for it, I'd play it for sure, especially if I'm running deevolution spray. I think it's even better in unlimited since it gets around vileplume.

The attack isn't great, but to it's credit, at least you can paralyze and hit a few popular pokemon for weakness. So if you're playing the blend energy and you need something to attack with, it can at least serve a purpose there. Not ideal, but it could be worse (see Amoongus).

8/10 for playability.

this card can be quite good in some decks ive heard that some darkrai deck use him
but that was in the bw-drx format and we have computer search now
but since roserades ability can be used again with devolution spray and that you can only use 1 computer search unless you have sableye in you deck
i give it a 7/10 for playablility
