Seismitoad-EX as a Throw-in?

Seismitoad-EX, and its locking abilities, are definitely rising in popularity. Toad in decks such as Yveltal as shown its uses... but what else? My questions to you are...
Is Seismitoad-EX a good throw-in/tech (like Mewtwo-EX) in decks that run DCE? Should it be run as a one-off or two-off, or not at all? Is it useful later in the game, when you are more likely to search/draw into the Toad?

For decks that already run DCE, Seismitoad EX will most likely not degrade the decks performance at all. Toad is a great starter in many decks. Unlike Mewtwo EX that can potentially inflict massive damage, Toad's damage output is only a meager amount, BUT its Item-locking an opponent can be HUGE at times.

Also, in decks that require a turn or two to setup and also run DCE, Seismitoad EX is quite beneficial in buying some needed time, as well as potentially slowing down an opponent's setup.

I agree and Seismitoad EX helps cover different weakness's and Landorus EX and Donphan are weak to it, both of which are popular.

Weakness is so irrelevant when your base damage is only 30. It means you cap at only 100 on them while they can do much more to you.

Seismitoad EX has helped me against Landorus EX. It makes the landorus player think more, do they want to put another landorus EX down and allow me to 2HKO it while still item locking them. Or do they want to put lucario EX down and see me power up a mewtwo EX and ohko them. Seismitoad EX with a Muscle band and laserbank OHKO's donphan.

However, a Muscle Band'ed Seismitoad EX can 2HKO a Landorus EX, but Landorus EX needs more resources to 2HKO a Seismitoad EX. So, Seismitoad EX's "speed" and Landorus EX's weakness, in this case, can be a definite concern and very relevant to the Landorus EX player..

And if you don't have the Muscle Band on the first swing you're wasting your time. And what if you then get hit by a Hawlucha? Isn't Seismitoad just a waste then because you have to dedicate so many resources to Knock Out a single Hawlucha with it? Landorus doesn't exist in a void, it has friends.

Yeah but Landorus has no way to get out of the active spot after quaking punch, and seismitoad has freinds as well.
