It's only supposed to be a recolor. You can't add things like the swirl.

squirtli, you silly, that's not a smiley! It's a foreign character accent, for example used in:
Dvoräk

OK, I was watching Spongebob and it happened to be airing the episode where Spongebob gets "Sun-Bleached". I was somewhat on my laptop at the same time, Multi-Tasking. I decided to look into my recolor for this and I came across the Male Swimmer! \o/ So I took him, and recolored him...But "Sun-Bleached" is something I didn't want to do so I looked around for lighter skin color...and well...The Female Swimmer fit that role best. XD
So here it is...Male Swimmer recolored like the Female Swimmer. BTW his cap/swimsuit/goggles are colored after the beach ball the female was holding.
...I have nothing more to say.
