Stormfront and down

Alright, I'm sick and tired of all these decks that are exactly the same and these dumb SPs and their broken powers and galactic trainers. Plus, modified/DP-on is so boring and restricting. I don't entirely blame the people who play with those decks cause there's not much better stuff to use anymore. This is a matter of personal preference, of course, but in case anyone agrees with me, I want to set up a server that goes back to when I stopped caring, the release of Stormfront.

Rules of the server:
Cards used in decks must be from the Stormfront packs or prior packs, this includes Hoenn, Johto, and yes, the base sets.

Game rules follow the latest rulebook as of SF (I wish I could find a scan online, but they only have RR)

I'd prefer no donk decks, cause, in my opinion, they take the fun out of it, but if you want to, I'm not gonna stop you.

Server Name: Stormfront and down
Password: no SPs

Yea, I know that. It's kinda the norm now, and it's good practice for those who play tournaments. I'm not condemning modified, it's just everywhere and I want a server where you can take a break from that. That and I'm also a little P.O.ed that baby pokémon lost their protective coin flip. Now they're useless on the field. Especially since I made use of Azuril with delivery specifically because of that feature.

Well, HG/SS has babies with similar features... after attacking, they go asleep. And their body says that they don't take any effects of attacks, including damage, while asleep.

Btw, do you mean that no PT-On cards are allowed (also trainers)? Or just whole decks consisting mostly of SP?

Well, the intention was kinda no PT-on until I realized my shaymins are PT. Also, since I stopped caring after SF, I'm not familiar with PT and on cards. (PT I vaguely know.) I'm considering bumping it up to PT and down, since Galactic SPs aren't really good, and that's why Galactic inventions were kinda broken cause they only worked for sucky pokemon. Then SPs stopped sucking, and that sucked. The only broken SPs in PT is Crobat with poketurn, and even that can only be done 4 times. Unless Giratina X is PT, then no.

IMO that stupid flip crap when you attack a baby pokemon was person on the maker's part, its simply a rediculous effect and im glad they got rid of it

Well now what good are baby pokémon?

Cleffa HGSS might see some play. I perfer chatot, but Cleffa can be more consistant. The bad thing about cleffa is that it can't take a solid hit.

baby pokemon's advantage should lie in the added effect a basic pokemon gets by having a baby under it, for example Mr.Mime's pokebody is made stronger by having Mime Jr under it

That is how i think baby pokemon should be
flipping for them is stupid, come on, how hard is it to actually hit a baby anyway?? the dont move around a whole lot so why the 50/50? guilty conscious maybe? =p

That was my thought about it, a conscious or something. Or like "God, I just can't do it!!!" I thought it was cute. Anyway, I only used Azuril for that, cause it was the best way to get stuff out of the discard pile.
