Ash won't die. Unless they want to stop the Pokemon series or start a completely new one (I'd love it if this happened) they won't get rid of him.

Ash is cool anyway but they do need a smarter VA. No offense to the Va that does Ash.:)

It looks like Ash will be in Pokemon for a long time and with the 5th generation to yet be discovered (Which I think it will because of the pokemon in the first episode of D/P) He will be around for awhile.:)

It was in one of the first 3 episodes that premiered last week and it showed an outline of a secret pokemon. I thought that was what it looked like anyway but I could be wrong. I will watch it closely when they start June 4th.:)

I doubt they'll be doing a kill-off. He'll probably just become a Pokemon Master and that's it.

What secret pokemon?
The death of Ash is seriously unlikely. It just wont happen. People want to see what happens to Ash. I think the producers are too scared to remove Ash because some of the longtime pokemon fans wont like it. Ash may be hated by some, but there is also a lot of fans out there for him.

I doubt that. Pokemon never really deals in death and I don't think they would expect a young audience to deal with that. I can seem him growing up maybe and then having a replacement main character. That would be neat in many ways.

Pokemon does not deal with death. It is a show based on fun and adxenture and it is aimed at young audiences but it is now rated for everyone.:)

i saw the specials and there was no mysterious pokemon.....

So there is no secret pokemon. Maybe xxashxx was refering to the outline of the ghost pokemon in the first episode then?
I know pokemon is aimed at kids, but it would not be the first thing aimed at children to feature death. Miffy the rabbit's grandmother died... though I still don't reckon Ash will.

I was refering to that outline but I could not tell if it was a Pokemon because of the way it floated. I miss took it for a secret Pokemon. Sorry guys my mistake.:)

to tell u the truth i dont prefer pokemon anime ever since thry started hoenn it was lame so i would be shocked if ash died i just wont care + ash hasent even caught 50 Pokémon if he wants to be the pokemon master before he dies he better pick up yhe pace
