Ruling Toxicroak G vs Drapion lvX

I have a question about Drapion LVX vs Toxicroak G:

Toxicroak G can not be affected by the attacks's effects, if I use the power of Drapion LVX (Tri-Poison) and I poisons Toxicroak G and I use the Drapion's attack (Cross Poison) and I do at least 2 heads, Toxicroak G can not be poison, Toxicroak G is always poisoned with the power of Drapion ?

Yes, as long as you tri-poisoned it, it will have the poison condition, and a special one at that. Anyways, you wouldn't want to poison any pokemon with cross poison after they've been tri-poisoned because it would overwrite the 3 damage counter poison and replace it with a regular 1 damage counter poison. Some food for thought.

but as Toxicroak can not be poisoned because the body is, it is still replaced the Tri-Poison?

Since Toxicroak isn't poisoned by the attack, it does not replace the previous tri poison condition.
