Well if I had a choice, I'd say the real star of this deck is Scott ;D Just kidding. It's that same old story, had no one to play with during childhood and now all of a sudden I do, at the age of 14. People look down on me but I say I'm finally living. Or something like that anyway.

2 x Kabutops (EX: PK)
2 x Kabuto (EX: LM)

2 x Protective Orb (EX: UF)

Energies : 18
2 x Cyclone Energy (EX: UF)
2 x Boost Energy (EX: UF)
1 x Double Rainbow Energy (EX: CG)
4 x Water Energy
2 x Psychic Energy
7 x Fighting Energy

Used to run: Aerodactyl (w/ React Energies), Omanyte-Omastar

Strategy :
Deck my opponent with my lack of basics before the game officially starts
So I have two options, Eevee or Chikorita to lead my advance on the enemy's forces. Both of my Chikorita can inflict an annoying status (Sleep or Poison) for one colourless Energy, and that can stall out for awhile. If I start with Eevee, I generally stick a Water Energy on to it and use Energy Evolution to get Vaporeon out first turn (I am allowed to do that right) or I get Espeon out to kind of sit there for a while until I can start Solar Suggestion or Psybeam. Chances or Celio's Network will be in my hand at the start, too, so I use it to either get out Bayleef (if I have Chikorita as lead) or another Eevee (I'll Energy evolve that next turn). Either way I'll get out Meganium or the Eeveelutions pretty quickly due to my stack of trainer cards that have good drawing power. Sitrus Berries are there for stall, Stone's Project gives me back my Psychic Energies (if they are removal'd) or just Energy cards in general, Scotts are good for getting out Projects, Networks, Strange Cave to set up Kabuto or even more Scotts. Kabutops with Luring Antenna and Primal Stare can stop some heavy hitters (like my friend's Rampardos (Hasty Headbutt) from coming out and Armaldo is there for some good, resistance-less damage for a Boost Energy.
Previous variations on this I had before was a full fossil approach, using Aerodactyl with React Energys and Swift Blow to sweep late-game (But I notice it's been overshadowed by Meganium nowadays) and Omanyte - Omastar can either Pull Down or (as an Omanyte) assist my leading Kabutops by making its attacks unaffected by resistance. I eventually swapped them out for the 2-2-1 Meganium, which with Evolutionary Call and Delta Reduction is very annoying for my opponent.

Any suggestions as to make this better? If I had more doubles from Dragon Frontier or Legend Makers I would use them, but sadly enough I don't. There is a chance I won't have the cards you recommend me, like a bunch of trainers or the newer cards, but I will try my best to comply with your suggestions :D

First off, I see that this is a REAL deck as opposed to the imaginary deck lists most people post. So, my suggestions will be based on REAL cards that you are likely to have. With that said, here are my thoughts.

The main thing I see is that you need a dedicated Pokemon to start the game with. I have some ideas in mind but I don't know which cards you have so I don't want to give you useless advice. Instead, I will show you some good cards and you can choose for yourself.

Smeargle (UD) is the best choice. Seeing that you have Espeon (UD), you may have access to a Smeargle or two. It's ability to use an extra Supporter card per turn is really great to get things set up quickly.

Sableye (PK) is a decent choice. Drawing a bunch of cards at the start of the game just helps to smooth everything out and make it so that you don't have to sit around as long waiting to draw the right cards.

Mawile (CG) is also pretty good if you were to run a few more Trainers like Dual Ball.

Lickitung δ (DF) can be very good if your opponents tend to play a lot of Delta Species Pokemon. It can also do a decent job at drawing cards. It's pretty good.

Another card that you might want to look into is Electabuzz δ (DF). It can really help in the mid-game where you need to continue setting up more Pokemon but still draw enough energy to power them up.

Basically, adding in a few Pokemon which can draw cards or quickly search out Pokemon would be a great addition to your deck. As far as what to take out of your deck, I would take out 2 Potions and 1 Sitrus Berry. Having that many healing cards is a bit more that I think you really need.

Let me know if you have any questions. I would be happy to help pick out some good cards for you to use :)

Thanks =D I had actually changed a bit of my deck between these last few days when people weren't posting. I thought that I may need a decent Basic Pokémon that can be set up fast and pose a threat, so I put in 2 Misdreavus (LM) and so far it's been a pretty annoying thing for my opponents. I also took out my 'Balls and Orbs and put in the Omanyte (LM) and 2 different (LM) Omastar (PK). Blinding Scythe doesn't have the resistance-less awesome of Armaldo's Mach Claw, so Omanyte (LM) is good to have in play here. I was thinking that Omastar (PK)'s Pull Down would be good with Kabutop's Primal Stare but obviously that wouldn't work since they can evolve again after I attack, but it's still in there to kill something when my friends retreat their Pokémon (They love doing that D< ) Omastar (LM) is in it for some awesome 70 damage as long as I have Kabuto or Kabutops in, Kabuto also making it have no weakness. If everything is set up well, my Fossil Set-up would involve Kabuto and Omanyte on Bench with Omastar or Kabutops leading. I have Lickitung (DF) and Electabuzz (DF) but I decided that Sableye (PK) would be the best to get out there. I only wish I had Smeargle or Mawile D: I stuck in 2 Sableye and an extra Psychic Energy in exchange for, as you said, 2 Potions and a Sitrus Berry and I'm hoping this works well. It would be nice if Sableye had Fighting Resistance - there are still some great Haymaking material such as Hitmonlee and Sawk these days.
With them, I have a possible 4 Basic Pokémon that can lead, Chikorita (can inflict conditions- can become Meganium), Misdreavus (which can be very annoying with Return Trance and Deep Sleep), Sableye (for draw power and some bench sniping?) and Eevee (which Energy Evolves).
What I really want at this point is the Fossil Aerodactyl, lots better than Kabutop's Ability and if I get Omastar out before I play it then my opponent is positively dead.
