Strategy:
The idea is to power up as many Vanilluxe as possible, as fast as possible. Victini EX can help with providing energy, and only fire energies are used because Vanilluxe has no energy specification for is primary attack. Victini EX, however, requires fire energies to function, which fits well with Vanilluxe's colorless attack as well as the Blacksmith supporter. Jirachi, Skarmory and Ghetsis are mostly deck fillers. Jirachi is one of my favorite legendaries, and has a decent ability. Skarmory was used in a pinch because some punk built a deck specifically to counter mine (Mewtwo EX + Silver mirror) so i needed a way to remove tools from opponents in a pinch. And Ghetsis is a decent card, mine happens to be fullart which is why i kept it there for now . And of course Victini (or Fliptini) can be used to reflip your coins in the event you got bad odds with Chillmax.

Two energy search = One Professors Letter so that could open a spot up for another Juniper, If you're using Victini EX you might as well be using Victory Piece so you can attack quicker. You could probably replace the Pokemon Catcher for Lysandre for a guaranteed bring out.
