BW/BW2 Video Of V-Generate, Cold Flare, And Freeze Bolt Moves!

Ok, I found this video on youtube and thought it would be very interesting for you guys to see because these moves are not yet released within Pokemon Black and White yet, which means they were probably hacked, you can watch these moves below in the link! Also you can see the stats of the moves below!

The moves are shown in this order: V-Generate, Cold Flare and Freeze Bolt.

V-Generate (Ｖジェネレート)
180 Base Power, 95% Accuracy, Fire-type
Defense, special defense and speed are lowered one stage after use.

Cold Flare (コールドフレア)
140 Base Power, 90% Accuracy, Ice-type
Has a 30% chance to cause a burn. Requires a charge turn.

Freeze Bolt (フリーズボルト)
140 Base Power, 90% Accuracy, Ice-type
Has a 30% chance to cause paralysis. Requires a charge turn.

Based on these moves, we may be getting new a new forme for Victini and I'm positive that Kyurem will get a new forme in the third game. Or maybe move tutors that can teach these moves. I'd rather have new formes.
 
^won't happen. It is supposedly Kuyerum(i have no idea how to spell it)'s possible new form's signature moves. It is supposed to be the Trio Master of the Yin/Yang trio. The other members of the trio are Reshiram and Zekrom who are part fire and part electric types respectively. An example of why dual type moves will never happen is if an Iron Fist Infernape knew the move fire punch and used it on an ice or a steel type its power would be way too high.
 
The Freeze bolt, looked to eh.. Predictable. I think they could have been more creative. I dont know if it is an electric or ice type move when i first saw it. Plus it doesn't look like a both, more just like an electrically charged snowball.
 
It's not possible for Infernape to get iron fist as its ability. Unless it happens to have it as it's DW ability, but idk about those. Dual type moves would make battling more complicated. Which is why a lvl 38 Infernape with Iron fist used Fire/fighting Fire Punch with double STAB could easily OHKO a Steel-Ice type at lvl 100. I won't do the math to figure out the base power of Fire punch in this scenario but it is quite a lot. Now just imagine if instead of Iron fist, Infernape had Blaze activated....
 
After seeing that video, I have only one thing to say: I hope we have access to V-Generate soon! Cold Flare was ok, though I couldn't see the 'flare' in it though. Freeze Bolt could have really had more work on it though.
 
Scince when did we know the the ice dragon is going to have a form??? Sure, it dose have Freeze Bolt and Cold Flare. But HOW do we know?
 
Since it currently does not have access to the moves Freeze Bolt and Cold Flare we suspect that Kyurem may get another form to utilize these (similar to the Rotom formes and Shaymin Sky forme having exclusive moves.)

Anyway pretty cool, V-Generate is cool, and I kinda like Freeze Bolt, and I always envisioned Cold Flare as a frozen Cross Fire (too bad because that would be cool)
