You probably shouldn't post this in the General Discussion.
As for your question...I don't exactly know. I can recall 1-2 decks I played against using Virizion NV in it. It contained Shaymin EX, Royal heal Serperior, and Reuniclus.
I'm not completely sure about having a deck with the main attraction being Virizion, though.

Virizion is an amazing starter but I can't see it being anything other than that. Thats nothing bad though, since so many cards have no use at all, it is better to be a good tech than just another useless card.

Virizion goes good with Ho-oh EX, its actually an alternative option if you can't get Rayquaza
