DPPt/HGSS Why did they not make event Pokemon with HM moves transferable without being hacked?

I am asking because you know the level 70 BP Flychu? The only way to re add the move is with AR which made it hacked so my question is why did they not make it so event Pokemon could retrieve their event moves through the move relearner and make it so when the event is selected to be able to detect the OT and ID so that way the move relearner would allow Fly to be added back on to the event. Is there a future Pokemon game to be able to allow this for future Pokemon games so we can transfer the even without being hacked when you re add the move? I have wondered this for awhile now and thought I should ask if they are going to fix this problem in the future because it has not been fixed yet. Thanks.

The only thing you can really hope to do is send a letter to Nintendo telling them to fix it. But you do have a valid point, PBR-Chu and Flying-Chu have no purpose If they don't know Surf or Fly, respectivly.

Either that, or they will probably make a new Surfing/Flying Pikachu distribution...probably via the Dream World. Although, I do agree that it is a bit frustrating that they made an otherwise-useless Pokemon absolutely useless again.

Yeah the reason I brought this up was because I am trying to have it legit checked at Pokemon Secure and I am trying to have it check to see if it is still legit or not since these moves have to be added back on with an AR or other cheating device. Nintendo obviously does not know about this and once they see this thread they might fix it for future Pokemon games as the company does surf forums like these to get their ideas and what to do for the future Pokemon games. They should make new events for the 3rd generation remakes which are now over the horizon. Might be a couple of years but they are coming XD.

How will they see this thread? When was the first time they listened to us? But apparently they will go out of their way to see a thread on a website they almost shut down, and then they fix it! We constantly complained about such a fast format in TCG, and look where thats gotten us, a donk deck might become BDIF! That's insane and they will listed to something like this which hasn't even gotten that much attention?

But I do agree this should be done.

The only time that I know this site was almost shut down was when the forums were shut down when it was only 6 months or so old or something like that and the last time was when those Turkish people hacked the site a year or two ago. Why would they want to shut this place down when it is for the benefit of others? Anyhow they need to fix it so HM moves could be migrated so the events don't become hacked in certain games.
