I've been dying to use this card since the prerelease, and I think I may have found a set up for him to be used in.

Pokemon: 26
2 Spiritomb AR
2 Azelf LA
2 Uxie LA
2 Sableye SF
1-1-1 Nidoqueen RR
1-1 Sunflora HS
2-2-2 Reuniclus BW
2-2-2 Serperior BW
4 Zekrom BW

Trainer's/Supporter's/Stadium's: 21
1 Luxury Ball
2 Pokemon Communication
2 Bebe's Search
2 Super Scoop Up
2 Pokedex (BW)
2 Broken Time Space
2 PONT
2 Pokemon Collector's
2 Expert Belt

Energies: 13
6 Electric Energy
6 Grass
1 Rescue Energy

Strategy is to set up serperior, bellossom, reuniclus and zekrom, tank and remove the damage. Unless you can be OHKO'd it's almost impossible to beat.

Tips?

- Use a 2-2-2 line of Reuniclus and a 2-2-2 of Serperior. So with that you have more chances of get Reuniclus and you don't need to waste an Azelf.
- Use 4 Spiritombs. Maybe you only have one, but try to get 3 more. It's your starter, so you need to make sure that you have high chances of start with it.
- For what is Bellossom? I think that Nidoqueen is a better idea. There you can heal 2 damage counters between turns (if you're using Bellossom for healing).
- Add Expert Belts. So you have a heavier Zekrom (150 HP) with a heavier attack (140 damage almost OHKO everything).

Besides of that, is a nice strategy. I've seen it before (I thinked of it too xD), and it works great. Good luck with your decklist, and I hope I helped.

Alright, that's a good idea.
So:
-1-1-1 Serperior
-1-1-1 Bellossom
-2 Bebe's Search
-2 Pokemon Communicaton
-1 Zekrom
-1 Spiritomb

+1-1-1 Reuniclus
+1-1-1 Nidoqueen
+2 Pokemon Collector's
+2 Expert Belt
+2 Sableye

Would that be better? Spiritomb locks me, which I don't like, so would sableye be okay? It still counters Sabledonk decks, right? And I never knew Nidoqueen did that, haha. So I'll put in Nidoqueen, take out Bellossom, and then I think I need some collector's. I wanted to put in expert belt's originally, but I didn't want to have too much to set up. Do you think my T/S/S line is okay? I still think it is too slow. I have played through the deck with proxies quite a few times, and it seems to take me up to 3 turns to get set up.

And I have a question about Serperior. I noticed this on the scan of Nidoqueen:
"Maternal Comfort

At any times between turns, remove 1 damage counter from each of your Pokémon. You can't use more than 1 Maternal Comfort Poké-Body between turns."

vs. Serperior:
"At any time between turns, heal 10 damage from each of your Pokémon."

I'm not sure if it is just a typo, but with the logic that since it doesn't say one time between turns, that I can do it more than once? I know what the answer most likely is, but this just made me curious.

Well, glad it helped! Let's see your questions...

-Would that be better? Spiritomb locks me, so would Sableye be okay? It still counters Sabledonk decks, right?
Yeah, that's nice, but don't remove any Zekrom. It's your main and only attacker. Remove the Cheerleader's Cheer (it helps your opponent). Sableye is a great starter, and yeah, it still counters Sabledonk decks. IMO in these tank decks such as Zekrom you should run Spiritomb AR because you can evolve faster Reuniclus and Serperior. But it's only my opinion. 2 is fine, but try to get 4 also ;)

-Do you think my T/S/S line is okay?
You think that is slow? Of course, you don't have Pokémon Collector. Neither Professor Oak's New Theory. Those cards are VERY useful in any deck, so you can build everything a lot faster. I would also make some changes, like draw out Cheerleader's Cheer, Bill and Switch, or modify it a little so you don't suffer if you are against Vilegar. Besides that, building everything in 3 turns it isn't slow, knowing that you have to build a lot of things.

-I'm not sure if it is just a typo, but with the logic that since it doesn't say one time between turns, that I can do it more than once?
Nope. You can only use it one time between turns. The thing that says "At any time between turns" is because you can decide when you want to heal your pokémon in between turns. That's useful when you're poisoned or something, so you can decide in healing your pokémons after or before the poison damage is applied. I think that is the correct answer, maybe not, but I found it the most logic answer.

Okay, thanks for all the answers! :)
So:
-1-1-1 Serperior
-1-1-1 Bellossom
-1 Bill
-1 Cheerleader's Cheer
-2 Switch
-1 Energy Retriever
-1 Energy Returner
-1 Pokemon Communicaton
-1 Cynthia's Guidance

+1-1-1 Reuniclus
+1-1-1 Nidoqueen
+2 Pokemon Collector's
+2 Expert Belt
+1 Spiritomb
+2 Sableye
+2 PONT

I think that looks better, right? And this should be a lot better. The only problem now will be getting the cards, but that shouldn't be too bad :p

That's better. And yeah, getting the cards will be quite difficult. Good luck! xD

Potion > Serperior in this particular build considering how you're trying to set up 3 stage 2 supporter lines without Maximum Rare Candy and 3 BTS. This just seems painfully inconsistant and slow. Here's the list i use currently

4 Zekrom
2 Pachirusu CL
1 Shaymin UL
2-2 Blissey PL
3 Sableye SF
2-1 Uxie lvX
1 Azelf
1 Unown Q

Reniculus is just easy snipe bait which is why i don't use it and moving damage around doesn't help as i want to get rid of damage. This list can go for the T1 KO with the correct T/S/S but i try and set up a stable field so i don't lose control of the game. Blissey + Potion/Moo Moo Milk = realiable healing

I was actually just looking into that empoleon! I am currently drying to work our a zekrom donk deck. Which actually isn't that difficult to do.
